At Salty 3D Prints, we’re proud to support women-owned businesses doing incredible things in our community and today we’re celebrating one of them: Alicia, the powerhouse behind Zumbini with Alicia LLC.
We had the honor of designing a custom NFC smart bracelet and matching keychain for Alicia, created in collaboration with her and tailored to her brand’s joyful, movement-forward energy. The result is not only beautiful, but functional—allowing parents and clients to connect with her business in one effortless tap.
But as cool as the tech is, her story is even better.
What Is Zumbini?
Zumbini is a music and movement program for children ages 0 to 4 that helps develop cognitive, social, and motor skills through play, rhythm, and joyful connection. Alicia’s group classes are filled with dancing, scarves, egg shakers, peekaboo games, and laughter—creating a space where even babies as young as two months can begin learning and bonding through music.
Alicia discovered Zumbini as a new mom looking to connect with her son. Not only did he thrive in the program (learning to clean up by nine months, thanks to a song), but she did too. The transformation led her to become a certified instructor, and in September 2023, she launched her own business: Zumbini with Alicia LLC.
Expanding the Movement
Since launching, Alicia has expanded her offerings beyond early childhood:
Zumba & Chair Zumba for adults 55+ and dementia patients
Zumba Kids after-school programs that explore global dance and culture
Birthday parties, daycare visits, community events, and more!
At the heart of it all is her love for teaching and her belief that movement is medicine—for kids, families, and elders alike.
Creating Spaces for Emotional Growth
Alicia is more than an instructor, she’s a creator. From crafting affirmation coloring books to designing her own curriculum supplements, her passion for child development shows up in every detail. Through music and movement, she helps kids not only grow physically, but emotionally, providing tools to explore and express their feelings in fun, age-appropriate ways.
“I was a kid who needed dance and music to process feelings,” she said. “Now I get to create that space for others.”
Local Impact, Big Heart
Alicia serves families and communities all across Volusia County, including Ormond Beach, Port Orange, and Daytona. She hosts public classes at Oliver & Gray, runs school and after-school programs, and frequently collaborates with fellow women-owned businesses to bring the joy of dance to more people.
She even takes her own kids with her to classes, modeling the kind of flexible, purpose-driven life that so many working parents dream of.
